Privacy Policy

Edwin Honoret ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and radio queue, and how we use it.

What We Collect

• Information you voluntarily submit through the radio queue (name/handle, YouTube URL, song title, artist, optional message)
• Payment transaction records processed by Stripe (we never see or store your card details)
• Basic usage data such as page visits (if analytics are enabled in the future)

How We Use It

• To display your song request in the live radio queue
• To process priority queue payments via Stripe
• To operate and improve the site

Data Storage

Queue submissions are stored in Firebase Realtime Database (Google). Data is retained for the duration of a live session and may be cleared at any time by the host. We do not sell or share your information with third parties beyond the services required to operate this site (Firebase, Stripe).

Your Rights

You may request removal of your submission at any time by contacting us at edwinhonoret12@gmail.com.

Terms of Service

By using edwinhonoret.com and the Edwin Radio queue, you agree to the following terms.

Use of the Queue

• Submissions must be valid YouTube links to music content
• One submission per person per session
• The host reserves the right to skip, remove, or refuse any submission at their discretion
• Abusive, offensive, or irrelevant submissions will be removed without refund

Queue Priority

• Regular — free submissions, played in order of submission
• Skip — paid priority, played before Regular queue
• Super Skip — paid top priority, played next (newest Super Skip first)

Priority placement is relative to other submissions in the same tier — it does not guarantee an exact play time. The host manages the queue and session at all times.

Intellectual Property

All content on edwinhonoret.com, including music, images, and design, is the property of Edwin Honoret. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Payment & Refund Policy

How Payments Work

When you select Skip or Super Skip, you are redirected to a Stripe-hosted payment page. After payment is confirmed, you are automatically returned to the radio queue and your submission is placed in the appropriate priority tier.

Refund Policy

Due to the real-time, live nature of the radio queue, all Skip and Super Skip purchases are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, your submission is entered into the live queue immediately.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in the following situations:

• A technical error prevented your submission from appearing in the queue after payment
• The session was cancelled before your song could be played

To request a refund exception, contact edwinhonoret12@gmail.com within 24 hours of the session.

Stripe & Security

• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. — PCI DSS Level 1 certified
• Card data is encrypted end-to-end and never touches our servers
• Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy

Cookie & Storage Policy

We use minimal browser storage to make the site function. We do not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data.

What We Store

• localStorage — used to remember your light/dark mode preference and to link your submission across the Stripe payment redirect
• sessionStorage — used to remember your host login status for the current browser session
• Firebase cookies — Firebase may set cookies to support real-time database connectivity

Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google) — real-time database for the queue
• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Fonts — typography

None of these services are used to track you for advertising purposes on this site. You can clear browser storage at any time through your browser settings.
